All orders ship Monday through Friday from St. Paul, Minnesota. Due to the added precautions with COVID and making sure our staff is safe and healthy processing can take 2-3 business days
Personalized/Monogrammed items take 3-5 business days to process
Orders placed after 8 am CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday/Tuesday (depends on volume of orders we receive over the weekend)
We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility
UPS can't deliver to PO boxes- a valid street address is required
