A russell+hazel customer service representative is available to answer your questions. Send us an email or call toll-free at (888) 235-0484 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST). Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. We strive to have domestic orders out within 3 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock via email. International orders will vary depending upon shipping method and final destination.  When you place your order we will authorize your credit/debit card for the full amount of the order, this authorization will last up to five (5) business days. Once your order ships your credit/debit card will then be charged.

Return Policy
russell+hazel is happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping box.

Single items purchased in sets cannot be returned individually.
